Memories of France: Tasty Drinks

I took A LOT of pictures during my August trip, but somehow I forgot to take pictures of two new favorite drinks that I discovered: Aperol Spritz (seen above) and Pastis (seen below) << both pictures found on Pixabay >>

In Italy, I had an old favorite (the Bellini) and in France I found a new non-alcoholic favorite (Sirop à l’eau) and *Hallelujah!* remembered to take pictures of them…

Luckily, my local liquor store supplies both Pastis and Aperol. Aperol is a Italian bitter apéritif that you combine with prosecco and a splash of soda water to make an Aperol Spritz. I find it’s a deliciously different tasting drink, but maybe (as they say) it’s an acquired taste 😉🥂

What’s your favorite drink? Have you ever had a Pastis or an Aperol Spritz? Did you like them?
